Our Personal Approach
Each Paperpak member is allocated an account manager who will provide you with an understanding of the Regulations. We will advise you on your obligations and guide you to the best method of complying for your business.
Your account manager will explain the whole process and timescale of registration and assist in completing your data submission. Paperpak will register you with the Environment Agency and obtain your PRNs.
On-site Help
We provide a free on-site consultation to assess whether you are affected. If you need to comply we will undertake a documented packaging audit from which we establish what data you need to collect.
We will advise you on how to reduce your obligation wherever possible and provide guidance on the Regulations and how to collect the data required.
Develop Data Templates
Where required we can set up bespoke data templates, which makes collecting the data easier to understand and simplifies the whole process. The template is set up to populate the data submission form so you do not have to worry about working out percentages and calculations.
Attend Regulatory Audits
No need to worry if you get an Agency Audit, as a member of Paperpak's Scheme, we will attend Agency audits to provide support, help and guidance.
Supply Continuous Support
Our team is available to provide technical knowledge and expertise throughout the year. Guidance is provided in relation to company structure changes and other changes that may affect your organisation and registration. For those who need it, we can help provide support by preparing and submitting Enforcement Undertakings for members.
