Trevor began his career with the Reed International Group where as a qualified accountant he gained experience within the conversion and packaging divisions.

In 1994 Trevor lead a management buy-in of a paper sack business in Lancashire. As a council member of paper sack trade body he was founder Director of Paperpak Ltd, a position he held until 2000.

In 2001 Trevor returned to the paper packaging industry with the acquisition of a corrugated box business. Again, as a representative of the corrugated sector of the CPI, Trevor returned to the board in 2005 and became Chairman in 2009.
